Use of the Site

The Site is provided to share information about our construction and remodeling services and to let you request a free consultation. Content on the Site, including project cost estimates and calculator results, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote. Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment and a written estimate.

Consultation Requests

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services. Any agreement to perform work will be documented in a separate written estimate or contract signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, and other content on the Site are the property of Burch Contracting or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burch Contracting is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information provided through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
